Presenting authors should register for the meeting before submitting an abstract. The link for abstract submission will be sent in a confirmation email immediately after the registration is submitted.

Guidelines for abstract submission:

Submissions will be subject to the following limitations: Title = 50 words; Abstract = 250 words; image files cannot be included. More details are on the submission link!

Abstracts selected for oral presentation will be informed by August 21st. The submitter will receive all correspondence related to the submission even if the submitter is not identified as the presenting author. 

Please keep in mind that a committee will be selecting the top three posters on the day of the event. Poster prizes will be assigned during the happy hour.
